size of room and the hotel location were good.
Hot tub was not operational and had been out of operation for a long period of time. This was not communicated on the internet hotel info. Beds were comfortable but they were very tall and the pillows were very small.

Wonderful service. Our microwave did not work. It was replaced immediately with a letter from Chris apologizing for inconvenience. He gave us two bags with water and snacks as a way of thanking us for our patience. Very nice and unexpected. Definitely a nice touch. I will be back next time I visit my family in Sherman.
Everything was nice! Breakfast, room service and front desk service,as well as price!

Staff, cleanliness, wifi, everything but my very own frog!
There was a frog outside the window that kept me awake most of the night. I realize nothing could be done but it sure made for a less enjoyable sleep.

Location really close to highway access, stores, and restaurants. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television in the room. The staff were super friendly and very very helpful and helped with free parking...

Recommend it for families with kids
The staff moved us closer to the lobby which was a huge help for my 91 year old mother. The hot breakfast hit the spot with fresh fruit and hot eggs , made the mornings easier with the kids.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable.
